Yup. Ran the Challenger dry once. Early AM coming back from Indiana. Cold and windy out.
Less than a mile to my scheduled gas stop.

Not good on the fuel pump.

How big will be get? You can get one for his adult size, but it has a divider to make it smaller for now. If they have too much room they may go in their crate. So you just set the divider where they have enough room to lay and stretch out.

Eh idk if I believe all that hype I think that is more correlation vs causation. No one has ever really ran scientific tests to prove or disprove this. But yes the pumps are in tank partially for cooling but the major reason is it's cheaper and easier to make a pump that can push fuel at the volume and pressures needed all the way to the rails vs suck fuel that far. Even the aftermarket aeromotive external ones have limits on how far and size of pickups so they can operate effectively.

    Yeah--

We called the dealer. Wife could not open the door with with the proximity key, either. Dealer said all this is pre-programmed. They said so someone with gas can not steal the car on the side of the road. Had to insert the physical key.

Way too much electronics! At least now we know- get gas ASAP after light comes on. Radio is perfect now too since Subaru developed a flash for it. :fingerscrossed:

My people I have no people.

Sweet. I'll more than likely be making middle of the week trips and Sunday trips for a while.

Yeah, I was thinking about that.

I did those kind of miles when I worked for Pitney Bowes as a field tech. Drove all over Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Average was probably 200-300 miles a day, more or less. I can't do that anymore. Closing in on 50 and that little truck isn't the comfiest thing on 4 wheels. lol Fuck, I have to stretch after driving to the store and back these days.
