Finally made the plunge and bought:
Icon Stage 1 front coil over kit / Icon 2" Rear shocks / Icon tubular uniball upper arm control / add a leaf 1.5" lift / KO2 285/75R/16 / 1.25" spacers.

Questions: (there is no such thing as a stupid question.....right..don't change my mind lol)

1.- with this lift of 2.5-3" and wheel spacers, will i need to do any body mount chop or modifications for tire clearance?
2.- Will there be a need for a differential drop?
3.- Will the stock 16" rims work with the new tires?
4.- I'm thinking of power painting the stock rims flat black and use a TRD pro center hub cap, not sure they are exchangeable with trd's. Anybody done this? Not sold on powder paint suggestions are welcomed. Don't really want to spend money on rims unless I have too.

5.- Are there any computer issues to be expected with this new set-up?
6.- are spacers bad for off-roading?

A friend (with experience) and I are installing this set-up. Anything we should look out for?

Thanks in advance for your input.

    Diff drop, no
Spacers, probably not needed, depends on rim width backspacing and offset. If you can avoid wheel spacers you should.

Wait stock rims, you spacers needed for uca clearance.

Stability control may need to be recalibrated... get an alignment and then go drive around and take some corners.

With tubular ucas he should not need spacers.

OP my brother added spacers to his rig and it made rubbing worse in places and took them off.

You will still need to cab mount chop if you plan to offroad.
