That's bullshit. The article said she had reduced mental abilities and was on fixed income. She is probably a little disabled too, what an ass!

The same scenario took place at a Chevy dealership in Seattle a few years back.

 

just watching the news and this mazda dealership just got shit canned by the head office of mazda. first time any dealership in canada had their sales license revoked by the corp. office

 

Dealerships complain all the time that they don't make any money, and buyers expect them to sell their cars for less than MSRP, blah blah blah. The industry, through practices like what they have done to this woman, has created this problem themselves. Hope these guys rot in hell.

I actually applaud Mazda for doing this. It is the right thing to do. I have been around cars, bought enough cars, and even worked as a lot attendant back in the day. It infuriates me when people take advantage of the weak. Too often, the elderly fall victim as well. I remember hearing people talk about "slamming" someone. It is disgusting.
