    We decided to leave Lux at home. I brought her last year and it was a challenge. W her gimpy leg - I figure it’s best to leave her home this time.

    I understand that. I had a feeling she may not be coming along. Teq def puts a restraint on me, I have thought about not bringing him so I could ride along with others. He's my riding buddy though so I cant leave him behind.

    :rofl: Mines usually waking me up to either go to the bathroom, eat or play... He needs to get older and lazy but the lazy may never happen. @hoarder23 and @Zac of all trades might have there dogs with them also.

    She wasn’t a challenge - she is actually pretty great (don’t listen to trekker)

    It was a challenge for me because I was pretty intoxicated. Harder to keep track of a dog when you are in that state.

    Yeah - I personally think she is pretty great. She does growl at some dogs but you saw she warmed up to Teq after a while. Other dogs she is best buds w right away. She is by no means perfect, but over all I think she does really well. She does great off a leash and loves her momma.

    Teq gets growled at a lot by older dogs. It doesnt faze him in teh slightest but he will usually stay a little calmer when they do. He doesnt want to piss them off but has no problem pushing his luck and then turn, tuck the tail and move a few feet away before trying again. I think its because hes so young and they want to put him in his place before he goes all puppy playtime on them since most dogs he meets are older.

    I'm not sure mine will ever be good off leash. I'm working on it but he gets distracted and then decides he doesnt need to listen anymore. I cant chase his ass down so he is leashed almost all the time when we are out.
