Yea the 65mm was no good. On the 76 I turned the "idle" and sealed the TB and adapter plate with some HT RTV. A/F guage is still wonky. It tries to hang around 14.7 but fluctuates between high 13s to mid 15s. Good news is whatever happened the other day with the OBDll code hasn't come back yet. Driver side sounds loud though like what I imagine valve chatter would be and I think I got an exhaust leak on the driver side as well. :censored:

No sir, it conveyed our irritation, and the inconvenience of money being pulled from our accounts for a non existent purchase and then waiting for the refund to show back into our account. Also noted the fact that its happend twice in the span of a few days, and also happend about a year ago and needs to be addressed.

Not too impressed but Im patient. He hasnt ever emailed me back or ever acknowledged me. @White lightning boosted has a very similar experience.

I will say without a doubt as frustrated as I have been at times with URD products, they are better then this.

I can't leave anything well enough alone
This. I want to know more details please! With the additional fuel pressure, I would think that you get quite a bit more margin out of the TRD injectors. According to an online calculator, a 455cc/min injector at 43.5psi will act like a 512cc/min injector at 55psi. At 38psi, it is equivalent to 425cc/min. How is the TRD tune handling the closed loop and open loop AFR? I can completely believe that the TRD injectors run out of room with std fuel pressure and boost that is nearly double compared to what they were designed to handle. But with rising pressure...

Want to know what the duty cycle is on the top end, whether the AFR at cruise and light throttle (still in vacuum) is impacted with the lower fuel pressure. And what are the short term and long term fuel trims doing? Most importantly, what is the situation after driving it around for a few weeks? Please let us know!

Overall request - is the TRD tune in it's overly rich initial condition good at keeping up with the higher boost engine's demands when the fuel pressure is varied according to vacuum and boost? And not just at idle and full throttle, gotta know about the regular drivability.

It seems like this could be a sweet spot with the smaller pulley, yet not adding complexity and cost associated with the other methods of getting more fuel.

Im willing to bet the tunes are good. With futher updates like he has talked about, they should keep getting better.

We will see. Instead of nagging him, I want to see what happens. I sent him two emails, because I forgot to mention all of my mods in the first email. That was 6 days ago.:playball:

I've been needing to invest in a clutch lately. Unfortunately the hydro bearing has been out of stock for at least a couple months now. I e-mailed URD and Gadget told me his machinist is getting two new knees. I'm not sure if he is sincere and the guy's getting surgery or if he's implying his machinist is slacking and will be needing new knees.

This was something I was looking at when I was doing my initial calculations when switching to the 2.5 pulley while using the 455 injectors, which is why I never sweat using them in that combination when I did, as long as I boost referenced it, that is.

I’ll let you know once I pull it out and drive it. It’s still in the garage right now. Finishing up some exterior stuff. But I will drive it for some time and let you know about the afr and I’ll have to check the fuel trims and the injector duty cycle.
