My install assumed I'd leave the sheath in the truck. While, it is possible to pop it out, it's not really that easy as the "clips" are tight as hell and it is a pretty inconvenient spot to be constantly working in. Using it for a spare sounds like a plan.
    1. Get holster clips such as: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EZ741MQ?ie=UTF8&psc=1
    2. Slip the hook side over the belt loops or other straps on your sheath...the SOG has a nice lengthwise strap on sheath giving plenty of options to slide on the clips, but you can improvise as needed.
    3. Slip the other end over of the clips behind the foot panel at your left foot. This is the only "hard part" as there is not much room to get them started, but once you muscle them in it is tight.
    4. Put the knife back in the sheath.
    5. Done

Hey Rob. So I’ve actually put some thought into this and I am no professional so I have some concerns doing this because of my little lack of knowledge.

My initial thoughts would be to run a positive and a negative wire between the pods and the reverse lights and use a wire splice to tape into them. Doing this my thought would be that now when I hit reverse or my switch both reverse lights and pods would come on.

My concerns would be that if I hit my switch to the pods or put it in reverse now, will it all be fine or will it blow a fuse? Since both the reverse light and pods are wired independently to a trigger, would connecting the two together cause a short or a fuse to blow.

I guess that’s not to big of a deal if a fuse blows. The led pods have a relay and a in-line fuse and I’m sure the reverse lights obviously have an in line fuse. Probably not dedicated though. That same fuse my be for other things as well. If anyone on here has more knowledge on this and knows this would work. Speak up cause Rob and I aren’t the only ones curious on this.

Whole bunch of stuff in my garage

Got my leather interior installed yesterday. It's a Roadwire Leather Interior installed by Rich's Custom Upholstery in Seattle. Red counter stitching on all black 100% leather. This is how the truck should have come. It's super comfortable and much easier to clean when the dogs drag mud into the back.

How are the rails? Really looking into getting a set for mine. I dont carry enough stuff to justify a heavier duty rack, plus I like the OEM look... Good seller/quality?

How do you like the Decked system? It’s was in my original plans to purchase one, but I have changed my mind since I’ll have my dog in the bed on most trips.

Unfortunately, I've "learned" -on the Internet- that we apparently have a flat earth after all (who knew?)...thus the "it's 5-o'clock somewhere" may not apply anymore...

Only installed it last week. But so far it’s awsome. I have a Go Fast Camper on order from @wileydavis and @gmacmt and it provides a good flat floor, an 12” higher step up into the camper top and great lockable storage. It’s pretty sweet. I like that it makes the floor seem larger since it’s all flat above the wheel wells. No complaints at all. Looks kinda cool too i guess. Looks like ge Alu-cab fridge slide that tilts down is gonna be awsome back here too
