    I'm in the same boat as I really like the throttle response and tip in of 1.03 and hesitant to try 1.04.
    I'll probably flash it this weekend and give it a try but I don't want to give up that responsive sporty feel as my truck has been really fun to drive.
    Hoping it's not too muted.

    I've had 1.04 for a few days now and I love it. However I don't know if my mileage reading is wholly accurate. This is moderate traffic going to work this morning. Granted I did just fill up about fifteen minutes prior. Thirty-two miles later I ended up with 34.7 mpg lol.

    For those who are worried about going to 1.04, just do it.

    It take 15 minutes MAX to flash and let it idle. If you don’t like it, you can always go back.

    If you just fill up it starts out excellent if you feather the pedal because it is averaging based on miles driven to tank usage. It will taper out, but that image is really funny.

    Normally I start off at 13mpg after a refill but I knew it had to do with that. We'll see in a couple of days where it settles. Hopefully in the low 20's.

    This. Expect to have a little softer tip-in but it's more refined and it still gets up and goes with slightly more pedal but you can modulate it much better, not as jerky. If you flash it give some time for the tune to settle in and for you to adjust your behavior. For me no comparison to 1.03 - the tip in was fun, but there is zero surging/flaring/shift points are better and the engine is smoother overall.
