Hot Wheels

I think it was Jada that made a vw car hauler.sat low with baby moons and white walls. had double axle on back. I think it would look better with a more stock look like that picture.

 

The R. Bunker transporter was used to haul 356 and 550 race cars in the States, the Porsche transporter wears the factory colors from Stuttgart. I’m planning to chop the single windscreen cab face off of a flatbed transporter, graft a split windshield front end, and the rear of an additional flatbed to the back to make the carrier. Then do them all in factory colors.

 

post some pictures during and after. I remember seeing this at a vw show. it was bigger than 1/64 and had the Porsche on it also. don't remember what make it was.

 

A few different companies have made one but I want to do a hot wheels version.

 

Are there any hot wheels land cruiser tray back Utes?

 

I wish. I think Welly did some 70 series and I know that matchbox has done 40 Series.

 

I know hot wheels and Johnny Lightning made a few land cruisers not sure about the ute

I have several more old 60s Matchbox trucks from my childhood.

 

I tried to buy one of these trucks a while back that had been customized into a flatbed.

 

He had sold it without the bug right before I got to his table.

 

little bit different roof on it. Ridgerunner those are all really cool trucks. love the one with the crane hook hanging over the front.

 

Dude do you realize how much that dodge crane truck is worth ?!?!

That's too bad cause I have three of those

 

So how much are they worth? Ebay has a ton of them from a buck to like $79. I dug them back out and they are the #30 series.
PS: this one I took of the chassis still has 1960s Illinois dirt on it from playing "construction" in my back yard the other two are "mint"
