First time dude met Teq, once I moved far enough away from the truck door, he jumped in with no hesitaion to say hi. That was just before you met him for the first time on his first camping/wheeling trip all the way out in Tn. We started with a big trip that ended up going really well. Now he's a champ as long as no one else is in the truck. If anyone else rides passenger it becomes play time and he harasses the crap out at them. His paw is no joke either. It can hurt when he paws at your arm/shoulder.

I can vouch that his paws are no joke :anonymous: He *may* have made me bleed at HF. He got me good!

I've got a small scar and 5 small scratches on my arm right now. I expect new ones within a few days

SO - I randomly ran in to a dude that does vehicle wraps yesterday - so now I'm getting my hood wrapped on Sunday!! I didn't expect to get that done before Jambo - so I'm pretty pumped!! I can't wait to not get blinded by my own vehicle on a daily basis! :woot:

I was looking at different options last night - it's hard to choose. I've seen this one in person - so that makes me gravitate towards it since I know I really liked it on this guy's 4Runner!

YES I AM!!!! I'm really beyond excited and quite shocked with myself. I'm actually attending this and that in itself is mind blowing!

Feels like the stars have aligned. Just really hoping the weather stays this beautiful. Not going to think about it much becuase i dont want to jinx it.

Was thinking about this last night....I will not have slept in my own bed during the weekend for a while.

Last weekend was Houston, this weekend is lakehouse to visit my pops. Then JAMBO. Then we are going to DFW the weekend after that.

Busy busy, but having a lot of fun along the way.

Jambo excel checklist is in its final stages of being built, I am checking it here and there today so it should be finalized by the end of the day so I can start checking the final things off for Jambo!

But this is what I can think of that is left to do on the truck...

Most of this will be done tomorrow as I am going to a friends shop that has a two post lift, so we can check full rear droop again to check all the lines to make sure there is enough slack in the Diff Breather Line, ABS Harness, and Air Locker Line.

Swap Rear Brake Lines - Will be done tomorrow
Ziptie Passenger Rock Light - Will be done tomorrow
Lock nut for Passenger Fender - Will be done tomorrow after I run to Lowes to grab a lock nut
Build Tire Strap Hook - Just need the material and cut it, pretty simple.
Fix Skid, LCA, Slider Paint - Will be done tomorrow
Mount HiLift and Base - Just need to throw it on the truck again.

Then most of this will be done tomorrow while on the lift as well since it will be easier...
    Check Torque on Ubolts
    Check Lug Torque
    Check Torque on Leafs
    Check Torque on UCAs
    Check Torque on Drive Shaft
    Check Torque on Rear Shocks
    Check Torque on Front Shocks
Check Torque on Lower Ball Joint

getting down to crunch time!!! I think the only thing I have left that will get done is the hood wrap. I don't think the camera situation will get worked out before Jambo. I emailed the guy I bought the cameras from and he hasn't replied yet. Other than that I think I'm good to go!

    Nice!

I am very happy that most everything will be done tomorrow more than likely and that all I would need to do this weekend is just pack stuff up into my camping boxes and maybe small stuff like charge batteries and make that hook thing for my spare tire strap to hook to on the bed.

And try and tune my CB if I can remember and figure out this SWR meter that I have of @Naveronski's

Yea, be sure to read that link though as you will want to make sure the radio is tuned before you use it though and try to transmit on it.

I wish I knew where my stupid meter was as last year I tuned like 3 radios in like 15 minutes real quick. It is pretty easy.
