Italian beef samms. Was juggling the kiddo so didn't have time for melted cheese or toasty buns.

I'm impressed you were able to even put the sandwiches together, then. I can't do anything else while I'm juggling.

Even I had success at making a version of that. I kind of live in the middle of nowhere so I had to make some substitutions since I don't have access to all the Italian seasoning in the world. I salt and peppered my beef, threw in some peppercinis, some generic Italian seasoning, and added sauteed mushrooms and onions. I let that sit in the crock pot over night and enjoyed some beef sandwiches in the morning. I think I also threw some minced garlic in there somewhere.

I don't even need to bother until the GF will be gone for a couple of days, since she doesn't like beef or spicy things

I had one of those store brand ones I told you about before. It’s not nearly as good as the stuff from the Asian tea shop. I gotta go back today and restock! I’m all out. Getting pricey though at $35 for a 6 pack

The ones I get in the store are 3-5 bucks a bottle. I’d rather spend the extra buck or two and get some fresh goodness from the Asia man who makes it himself haha.

Yep. I can get her to eat pot roast, sometimes, or extremely ruined (dry beyond belief) select cuts of steak on the grill. Likes pork, likes chicken, but not venison or beef.
