I was going to buy an Rtic 110 but they are sold out so I got a Yeti Tundra 110. I needed a big cooler for the boat and this is a big bastard. I also have a Yeti Flip 12 which I like a whole bunch.

I had line-x on my Ford and used it for surveying. Machetes, brush hooks, many sharp pointy objects, and had a couple small scratches, but nothing I would even write home about. I put it through the works and held up better than I expected - so I know exactly what you mean about your truck. The one issue I did have with Line-x is that started to fade as time rolled on (expected because I did not feel like paying an additional $125 for the UV protectant).

Looks like Bullet is the same material, but has the UV protectant included in the base price. They also have a lifetime warranty and have quite a few shops around. I can't seem to find an issue with them (they do the same install application as line-x, remove all hardware, really sand down the truck bed before application, etc). If I knew for sure I was getting the same line-x material and workmanship with the UV protection, I wouldn't even be thinking twice.

I may bite the bullet and give them a shot. Taking comfort in knowing the guy who started Line-X also started Bullet linings. Will provide an update after I get it done.

I was cheap on my F150 and ordered it with the drop-in bedliner. Figured that the downsides to drop-ins (sand and salt rotting the bed from being trapped underneath) aren't really an issue with an aluminum bed.

...and if you listen to GM's marketing department aluminum is garbage, so I figure an additional separate layer can't hurt if there's any truth at all to what they say.

Orca has the best build quality of all the big brands imo everyone I know that goes with them never goes back. I went rtic for the large ones because they were having an insane sale and honestly I’m very impressed but the orca is definitely top notch.

I have a couple like 20qt or something coolers from Yeti we use overnight or for grocery runs when we have to keep it in the car for a few hours during the summer. I find they don't last very long even if I pre-cool them and all that stupid shit. I got two because Dicks (funny since they hate guns too) fucked up and gave me an extra for free when I ordered online. I was a bad person and accepted it and didn't tell them about their mistake. I wouldn't buy another yeti based off of that plus they hate NRA (even though I think I saw they have renounced that initial statement today possibly?). I could have been doing something wrong, but ice+cooler+close the lid and drain hole=cold for a few days I was told, but I've never seen it keep my ice more than a day.
Sounds like hell, and I wouldn't be able to keep up at that pace and would end up fucking everything up:notsure:

Got to do some work on my wife's 4runner today since it was nice out and today is my day off. Switched out the fog lights for the morimoto LED's and then replaced the silver front and rear valance with the black trd pro versions. Also have rebadged the front symbol and rear section with some gunmetal to get rid of the chrome and match the wheels. All I have left to do is paint the roof rack bars, but that will wait a while. Had thought about the headlights but they are gonna be left alone. Need to hit the hitch with some rustoleum too it looks like.

I'm interested in checking out Bullet Liner, but as someone else said, Lifetime warranty + thousands of shops who will touch it up for me means that Line-X will continue to get my business. It's not enough of a price difference to get me excited.

Half ass soft top. Not to shabby for $50 in materials . I still need to add more mounting brackets and tighten it up a bit.

I hate to be "that guy" and at the risk of sounding like an a-hole I just got to say it... I'm amazed at how many people think aluminum is immune to corrosion from salt. To be fair, it's easy for me to say since I have owned a half dozen aluminum snowmobile trailers that get pulled through salt all winter long. I have had aluminum trailers rot out on me. But all the people I know with Ford trucks that are all gung ho about the aluminum... they may be surprised in 10 years when they get a chemistry lesson and learn that salt eats aluminum every bit as much as it eats steel.

I wonder if a picture of the thickness of the Line-x they did on my truck would show up well... it's like 3/8" thick or something. Really amazing stuff.

Where’d you get the Morimoto fogs and the valences?
