Very cool, I don't have any connections in that field but will keep an eye out and pass it on if I find someone / something.

The bro emblem is so boss! I wonder how a blacked out version would look on my truck. Hmm...

I checked off a bucket list item while on a business trip to Florida last weekend: attended the Barrett Jackson auction / car show at West Palm Beach.
If you like cars at all, you HAVE to go to one of these before you die.
The auction itself is an incredible experience, and the surrounding car show and events are incomparably better than any car show I've been to. A few highlights:

The new Ford GT is a work of art. Pictures and videos I've seen don't do it justice.
    IMG_9479.jpg

Dodge had a huge display, including the last production Demon and last production Viper, both of which they'll auction off later this year.
I swear I'm going to get a Hellcat Charger some day.
    IMG_9475.jpg

I'm a huge Vette fan and the new ZR1 did not dissapoint
    IMG_9474.jpg

There had to be almost 1000 cars there, mostly vintage. Some Toyota love with these Cruisers that went for $45k and $50k:
    IMG_9490.jpg

If you stood in line long enough you could go for free joy rides in 2018 Corvette Z06, Mustang GT350, and Challenger Hellcats. I just stood and listened to the beautiful noises coming from those machines.
    IMG_9491.jpg

After 6 hours I'd seen about 2/3 of the cars, spent a lot of time in the auction, and was too burned out to see the rest. Seriously if you can ever seize an opportunity to go to one of these, for the love of chrome and high octane GO!

Completely agree. I haven't been to Barrett Jackson, but my dad and I went to Mecum last year. We are going back again in a month and half.

The only thing better than going ... is going again. Which Mecum did you go to?

Friend needed some help pulling a stump out tonight. The Taco baaaarely fit between the fence posts, then 4wd + a fat chain hooked to my shackle made quick work of it. Then the TRD Pro suspension ... cleared a sprinkler head that was sticking up like 2”? Idk I swear it’s justifiable though.

We went to/are going to Denver, just cause it's close. We talked about making a trip out of it to Phoenix or Vegas or something, possibly next year.

I've almost gone to Scottsdale a couple of times too, just never worked out right. I'm kinda hooked now so we may see each other one of these times.

Gonna fund some audio upgrades by fixing up & selling this and a couple other saxes soon. Time to power the Focals and add a sub, just gotta decide where I want to put it...

Thanks. A friend of mine went all out with the JL Stealthbox, which costs more than twice as much and takes up more room. I'll let you know how the W3V3 8" gets the job done once it's in.

Last week I was driving around Ireland in a right-hand-drive, left-hand-stick-shift diesel car with engine auto stop/start. That was an experience.

It’s Hilux country out there, mostly all work / farm trucks but I saw one with some mods

Another side quest to an auto mecca during a work trip this weekend. Stopped by CNC Motors in LA and it blew my mind. Here’s a $4M LaFerrari, $2M Veyron, and $2M 918 for starts
