    I use 4lo plenty and haven't had any issues with 1.03b. If anything I would still prefer a more sensitive throttle and quicker revving overall, definitely not any less sensitive, this thing is still an absolute dog compared to anything else I've ever driven even though it's miles better than it was stock.

    The more I read about the jerky throttle the more curious I am to drive one of these trucks that apparently isn't agreeing with the tune to actually feel how bad it is because I haven't had even the slightest bit of any of the issues on mine that I keep reading about on others (no jerky throttle, hesitations, unstable idle, etc.). Seems strange that there would be that much variance between different examples of the same truck. I guess I've gotten lucky so far with my truck being happy with pretty much all the versions of the tune, no diff howl, really none of the issues I read about other than just being generally unresponsive. Now I need to go find some wood to knock on quick!

    You should definitely be glad you don't have the issues some are experiencing. If you drove my truck on 1.03B/C there's no way you'd miss the stutters, jerky tip in/lack of fine control and low speed rpm instability. Oh yeah, I have the diff howl too lol. I do get the sense that some think the throttle issues were overblown, basically because they didn't experience them. Nope.

    Mat offered to correct some problems ppl were having and he did just that.

    Now we're all closer to perfection IMO.

    Edit: I know Mat said there is only one map for throttle on the M/T, but maybe there's a way to get fine throttle control and smooth tip in AND fast response when demanded. Scaling of throttle plate opening rate? Dunno.

    I believe you. I had significant jerkiness/stutters on 1.03b, somewhat less so on 1.03c, and I have an 04B12 ECU. I've gone back to 1.03 until 1.04 is released.

    Lol, still a classic. My son got me good a couple of weekends ago - He slept in when he promised to help make a big ol Sunday breakfast for his brother and I, so I cranked up some ACDC on the media box (Spotify). While still in bed, he used his phone to go on youtube and cast a certain music video to my smart TV (the TV audio O/P feeds my amp via fibre link). The volume was quite high, so yeah he got a good laugh out of it. Arsehole lol
