A Garage Sale Story

Hey guys! I didn't want to overtake the CO For Sale Thread so figured I would just start my own thread for all the stuff I am selling.

Wife and I have been on a journey the last couple years. We sold our 3 bed 2 bath house with a couple acres and big detached garage last year and moved to Colorado. Our original plan was to get a Sprinter van and do #VanLife for awhile. About 20 days before we had to be out of our house we decided that was a massive jump in size and thought Denver would be a cool spot to check out.

We got a 1 bedroom apartment here with an attached garage before seeing anything here and not knowing much about the area. We live at 8000 Uptown in Broomfield right by the 1st Bank Center. We are looking for someone to take over our lease which runs out in Sept. if interested. Lease has been taken over.

I've always been a country guy and never lived in a city. Want to see what it is all about and I always thought roof top terraces were super cool. So we are moving to Tennyson St. now and going to see what thats all about.

Sadly, I am losing my garage for the terrace and we are downsizing again. Guess this gets us one step closer to seeing if we can do Van Life in the future.

With that said I have a ton of stuff I have to get rid of. I am going to just start listing everything in this thread. I will update this thread as I list more stuff and as stuff is sold I will take it off. If it is not in this thread anymore it has been sold!

Do you have the canvas for the pack rack? Long bed or short bed?

 

I will get a full list of tools. I still haven't unpacked all of them from when we moved to CO. I mayyyy have some M-16 mags, but if I remember I got rid of those when we sold the house.

I will go through the set today. One draw got all out of wack and I need to put them back in there spots, but I am 99% sure everything is there. I had to buy this set when I was out in California for some work. Used it on that trip and haven't touched it since.

Potential tent/chairs for sale. Will get back to you on that. That may be after we move.

Yea the military canvas that was made for the Pack Rack is still on it.

Everyone else, get this stuff while it last on here or shoot me a DM. I run multiple businesses and will never have time to take pictures of every single item I have. Best thing to do would be to contact me and just come look through the garage.

I do not haha. I have some filing stuff, but not a two drawer filing cabinet.

I have that same dewalt saw....Love that thing! I think it is the best on the market right now even comparing it to Festool. Good luck with sale.
