    Have any of you done hip thrusters on a smith machine? I usually do with a barbell and a bench but as I’m doing more and more weight I struggle to get it off the ground. The only moveable benches at my gym are really high. Otherwise I’d just do with a bench.

    Cutting down currently as well 6# since the 14th. Dropping down to 5200 cal next week 4 5 days a week. Mon and Wednesday (squAts and deads) will be 6000 daily.

    Not really, I still consume alot of food. My no carb days I am starving but that is only 2x a week.

    Nice man! That's still alot of calories lol. I am half that! Keep at it sounds like you're on the right track though!!
