How much did it cost to get it installed? I’ve been debating doing the 63s for a while but just been learning towards Dakar’s and archive garage hammer hangers just because I know I can install it myself

That is pretty slick. I may never do it, but I would be interested in a write-up anyways.

Well I'm the cute girl that rescued the 4 dogs and the poor woman that I also pick up was not doing well. I hope she made better decisions after that.

When I rebuilt Fire Trucks for the Air Force in the early 80's we had an Old Man who worked full time painting all the doors and labeling all the valves etc. by hand. It really looked good when He was done. He could throw down some serious hand drawn pin stripes on a vehicle too.

Thanks for placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email shortly!

After being unable to nurse my bumper along anymore I broke down and ordered a ARB Deluxe today. I know others recommended CBI Etc. but I liked the compatibility with airbags etc. In three months I will pull the trigger on the Dakars and 885's up front.

Had some time so updated the DIY roof rack whith some more cross supports. Anyone know where I can get square nuts for the Yakima rails? What I came up with didn't quite work out.... So it's only four supports mounted to the rails instead eight like I wanted. IMG_20180425_163658677_HDR.jpg

A few mods here and there and counting....
BAMF Sliders(10 degrees w kickout) bolted up. Not a single issue or modification required. I did managed to break two of the white clips so the hardlines are zip tied until I ordered replacements. Not a big deal. Took me little over an hour with a 15min break by myself. Next up is the lift.

Drove to work after my transmission flush last night and everything went good I'll be checking for drops when I leave work in the morning (I stripped the drain plug bolt like an asshole because the torque was so high but it's pretty tight)
I feel like the truck shifts "easier" now but either way there's new fluid in there so i feel good about it. Maybe I'll tear apart the old filter to see what was caught. I ordered an oil test kit from Blackstone just to see what was up with the fluid.
Did my front differential too and I don't think it has ever been changed because the fluid was completely gray

My transmission fluid was brown it'll be interesting to see what Blackstone has to say about it

Sorry guys. This isn't on my taco, on my 85 instead. Cost was $100 for the springs from PnP and about $20 for some 3.5" square tubing to build the hangers. Grade 8 bolts cost me another $10.

I just mentioned it for cost comparison.

Thanks man! It looks like it's really close to the canopy top but it doesn't move enough to touch it when I stand on it. Lol. I'm happy with it... being I have to move across the country in less than a month.

Might want to look at the 885's, I have them with the wheeler's progressive AAL, and when bed is fully loaded with RTT, and lots of camping gear, water and fuel it is about dead level. No weight it sits about 1 inch higher than front w/5100's &885's.
