Would come but I have the pup this weekend while my gf is out of town and I’d throw him around the truck. May do some camping/exploring up near Yellow Gap like I wanted to the other weekend.

Spent the last hour and a half scraping vanilla beans so I can infuse this whiskey to put into my secondary fermentation of my chocolate coconut Porter.

Also, in honor of my recent trip to AOP, I decided to forgo the bourbon and use Jack Single Barrel. Little TN represent.

I ran the "bitch" trails at AOP, but still had a blast. So I'll run the TN whiskey in its honor. AOP was a cool place, reminded me of home.

I haven’t had many whiskey barrel aged beers. Almost all bourbon. I did have a superb Malahat Rum Barrel ages stout a bit ago. That was damn good.

Oh believe me, I know haha. When I get my new place I’m buying a home brew setup. Also will be buying a full size fridge (used) and installing 2 tap handles. I’m all about the experimental beers
