I had clazzio's in my f-150 and loved them, work great with seat heaters. My cousin has them in his 2nd gen and has been very happy too. By the time you finish installing them all you will find that the time it takes per seat is cut in half. Take your time and get those things tight and they will last a long time!

Congratulations!! Better place you are going to? Or at least you hope I guess lol

    we are working on that...

I had a Focus ST and loved it, had to get rid of it for some down payment money...the resale was absolute dog shit I'll tell you that.

Also, gas will never get up and stay super high again, as soon as it does we will start pumping and bring it back down. Also, with the push for electric and hybrid that will be less of a concern too. As far as an economic downturn, well those always come in cycles and hopefully we have a bit before the next one, what will happen when it hits is anyone's guess, but I am guessing it will depend on which market is the once that crashes. There has been hype of a car market crash for a few years now and it doesn't seem to be happening.

The last teaching position that opened at our most rural school had over 20 applicants. And that's a school of about 130 kids a half hour from a grocery store or gas station.

There are some older teachers that are really really good--we have one who is in his 70s and he's adored by everyone, gets awards from outside associations often, stays at night for nearly every school event despite living almost two hours away, etc. But a lot of times I see 20-somethings who have a passion for the job booted in favor of a 60-year-old burnout dragging themselves in every day and biding their time to collect retirement. The last in, first out thing is ridiculous, and it only serves the best interests of the under-performers and union leadership. It sure doesn't help the kids.

The Bruins game last night was insane. I gotta admit I was losing faith heading into the 3rd but they stepped their game up.

Plus it helps them duck a lot of the CAFE requirements. I read somewhere (can't remember if it was C&D or PM) when Dodge split up their product line and created the Ram brand that it was driven in part by CAFE. Since Ram builds trucks they get looser CAFE requirements (the 2500's and up are exempt completely), which means that Dodge can get away with producing just a few fuel sippers, make monsters like the Hellcats, and still slip in under the wire for CAFE.

See? Fun toy. Just looking at it makes me want to take it out to the sandbox and play around.

Yeah, jet skis behave differently than boats. They're more nimble, so they don't feel as fast at top speed.

His picture is all over the place right now, too. Every store's got him up on the screens they normally use for the lottery winnings.

Yeah so anything over a certain GVW is exempt for certain fuel economy requirements. They still need to meet EPA emissions though, reason why you don't see any MPG on the window sticker.

So Ford is introducing all the hybrid trucks and SUVs to help meet their average fuel economy requirements across all models. Since they sell a million f150s every year they have to offset it some how. They used to use the cars and hybrids to help do it but with sales tanking on those they have to figure out a different path forward. For dodge cars they've been purchasing emission credits from Tesla, reason why they can get away with all the hellcats and no hybrids. They split the trucks off cause then there would be no way of meeting the min mpg requirements.

So yeah its all a game they've been playing, Ford looks at the bleeding cow of the cars and the south America market so that's why they care cutting them loose. Another reason why the Focus line is getting moved from Michigan to China.

I hear ya. It looked like a switch was turned halfway through the 3rd and they were playing with some intensity! Great game.

I wish I could have got a picture driving in to work on 89 south today... I passed a blue 3rd gen with a full truck bed camper pulling a cargo trailer. Heavy hauling!

Well @Pugga, that wax works pretty well for rain. The storm we got last night and this morning just beaded up and rolled right off. I'll probably put another coat on this weekend, since I'm sure it's only a matter of time before some dingus at Home Depot decides to test how scratch-resistant it is with their door.

So this Tundra has the 4.6L no brake controller ..is there a plug so I can install my Primus IQ controller ?
Will that work in this truck ?
Will the trailer brakes work without a controller ?

first before making more work for yourself, did you call the dealer and tell them of the issue of needing to tow but now you don't have a brake controller? second I am sure if you look at etrailer.com they will have a plug for a brake controller

    This stuff.

I've been using Liquid Glass for years because it gives such a hard shell that waxing twice a year (typically spring and fall) is all it takes to give good scratch protection/easy cleaning all year long, but I can't find it ANYWHERE right now (even Amazon and Ebay are out) so I had to switch. The guy at AutoZone details cars on the side, and he said that this is what he uses for his top-end clients so I figured I'd give it a whirl.

Yikes... I'd really rethink that. Soccer cleats have virtually no support to them. There's no way I'd want to run a race on them. Cleats are great for sprinting, not necessarily long distances. I used aggressive trail running sneakers for my Tough Mudder. My knees, ankles and feet would have been destroyed if I wore my soccer cleats.
