Makes sense...didn't even know they made legit bypasses. Should be cool to hear your perspective on them, any plans on the rear install? I just scheduled mine for the beginning of june.

I had the exact opposite experience. Needed bushings for my Toytec Coilovers, called Bilstein directly, they looked up the private label part number, found the bushings I needed and I went and picked them up in Poway at a fraction of the cost Toytec wanted.

You can get 14in of travel out of it, I dont have the files to make the huds, yes the boxed lower arm is capable of bypass and coil overs, there are no bushings and there is steering components and I have files for limiting strap for all the mounts

I bought second hand blackhawks for linking one of my other trucks. I was told they were 16s" but sadly they are 14s".

    - Total Chaos 3.5 Long travel kit - Fox 2.5 coilovers w/ resis -Prerunner bumper -Fiberglass front fenders -Fiberwerx tt bedsides - Dmz Sua - fox 2.5x16 triple bypasses
Wasn't someone recently looking for total chaos shackles for a first gen?

    https://inlandempire.craigslist.org/pts/d/total-chaos-12-chromoly/6571936591.html

Also not exactly long travel but some of you may have ran this set up. Anyone ran the total chaos rear shock relocation kit or any shock relocation for spring over to mount a 2.0x10 shock or bypass in the rear? Any good experiences with it? What leafs did you pair it with.

This truck isnt going to be long travel, front is mid travel, and the goal for this truck is slower trails and better handling for long term trips. No SUA or links in the future.

Stock leafs and shocks are tired and need an upgrade so trying to decide if its worth it or just replace leafs and stock length shocks and be happy.
