A few additions to make me feel cool.
Get the XS sight rail for your gunsite. You retain the iron sites and can mount a traditional scope.

Is the InRange TV episode about "what would Mosin do?" What gave you the idea?

Not at home to take a pic of my own, but wanted to chime in. Big HK fan and have always been happy with my USP .45

Has anyone picked one of these up? I was lucky enough to find one at a decent price a couple weeks ago and jumped on it. The changes to the grip and the sights addressed everything I disliked about it when I carried one in the Marine Corps. I really like this redesign.

I had a Beretta brigadier .40 once, heaver slide. Loved it and its design but did not have the rail at the time. Sold it for the HK but would always buy again.

Neat fact: The design of the open slide was to help in loading one round at a time in case you lost your mag.

The Marine Corps should have chosen this over the Glock for the new service pistol. It will be a safe queen but what the hell, I have it.

I started with the scout scope but didnt really like it so i got the ati bent bolt and rail kit from Amazon for like $30 and installed it with a 50mm scope (also cut the barrel down to 22" and recrowned it)

Maybe hypothetical, maybe not: Let's say you have astigmatism in both eyes and are offered ANY optic from the Holosun line to put on your AR, because reasons. Which optic would you choose? Red? Green? Open reflex?

*It has to be a Holosun, so don't say "Vortex" or "Iron Sights."

Any Holosun that cowitnesses with your rear sight, blocking excess light and sharpening your sight picture. I've heard some with astigmatism have had this trick work. I do not have astigmatism, YMMV.
