So I parked first. This lady pulled up 20 minutes after me.

 

I feel like it's because they want to lay blame on someone but the parents don't want to look at taking responsibility for it themselves. I could be wrong though.

 

I too think they just want to lay the blame on someone and they just place on the nearest one available.

 

That sort of behavior makes my blood boil.

 

I was standing inside staring at her get out. It was an old lady, so I was trying to be polite. She came in and asked me what I was staring at. Told her I just wanted to see how close you were to my bike..... she said oh I'm not close st all.
So again, trying to be polite so I said if you look at the yellow lines. The yellow line is splitting your car in half. Meaning you're in my parking space!. She said oh I won't be long!

 

She's right. From your description, it sounds like she won't be living very long. She probably doesn't give a damn anymore. Kind of reminds me of the senile guy from the movie Waiting.
