What a day! My damn work phone was ringing off the wall!

Operations manager talked to me as to why I'm leaving.
Director of Quality from the mothership (Burnsville, MN) called to talk about why I am leaving.
Another Quality Manager from the Vergennes, VT plant called for the same.
Senior Business Vice President had a meeting in the afternoon with me to see what they could do to have me change my mind.

Too little, too late!

I was looking for the story from a long time ago where Cali was supposed to be putting in water stations for the illegals as they were dying in the desert crossing. While that is a horrible way to die , I thought then and now how about we stop them from trying to cross the desert at the border be cheaper and prevent loss of life.

Well we had a facility meeting before the pres and vp. People said I did good. Idk. I did give a big shout out to the cafeteria for having 5$ Friday’s all you can eat till schools out. They all got a good laugh
