    Maybe he only does headshots? :notsure:

    I prefer something that expands, personally, but I've not yet had the opportunity to hunt wild pigs.

    My preferred location for a shot on a Wild Pig is behind the Ear or in the Head. (they never stop moving)Not much fun tracking a wounded porker at night with a flashlight.

    He's got you there.

    (3) Firearms for hunting deer, bear, and feral hogs are limited to 20 gauge shotguns or larger shotguns loaded with slugs or buckshot (except that no buckshot is permitted on state wildlife management areas unless otherwise specified), muzzleloading firearms of .44 caliber or larger, and center-fire firearms .22 caliber or larger; provided, however, that firearms for hunting feral hogs, other than those weapons specified in this paragraph, may be authorized by rule or regulation of the board. Bullets used in all center-fire rifles and handguns must be of the expanding type;

    Yeah, what a pair of D-bags we are for assuming you hunt in your home state, and wanting to help you avoid a fine from the game warden.

    :rolleyes:

    I assume you are hunting in Georgia based on your location listed here.

    Open your 2017-2018 hunting regulations to page 30. The last paragraph is:

    As defined by 27-3-4 (a)(3) A "legal weapon" for hunting is:

    Interesting, where do you hunt?

    I hear that those j-frames are snappy enough with .38 special loads.

    A good set of grips makes a huge difference, but 38's are definitely softer on the hands than full-snort .357's
