I hunt on private property with a nuisance 24/7 permit. We are all leagle we even have two local people who take any unwanted meat. We only hunt hogs.

I hear that those j-frames are snappy enough with .38 special loads.

 

A good set of grips makes a huge difference, but 38's are definitely softer on the hands than full-snort .357's

 

I run FBI loads in my .38. Plenty snappy for me.

 

I just picked up an M&P9 2.0 with a 5" barrel in fde. Also picked up a third mag and a Taran tactical mag extension. I'll post pics when the other stuff comes in .
