So i will be in my truck for Jambo this year! I have a rear locker, and some 295s to test out! Excited to be part of the group pic this year!



A quick lap around the block showed i had a lot of rub! Mostly on the driver side.


Did a bit of trimming but i still need to trip more as i still rub the fenders when backing up and when turning left. Also need to do the CMC chop... obviously. Maybe doing that this saturday. I can order the CMC plates later.

 

I'm not going to Jambo, I was thinking about after. I need to fix a few things on my 07 to get it ready to sell

 

I'm looking at things with 4 spinning wheels

 

New wheels/tires (f5, 255/85/16 maxx), but rubbing like a b, so taking off already and waiting till cmc to out back on.

Does anyone have cmc plates laying around?

 

They are super cheap. Im about to be buying a set myself.

 

Any way to pick which ones are best? The design seems to be same. I saw one recently that provided extra clearance by having a more complicated design, but now I can’t find.

 

I’ve seen the bamf ones, but let me know when you find the ones you’re talking about.

Its internal to tw. It hyperlinks all vendors on here from what I've seen.

 

I have some 2nd gen cmc plates laying around, if someone needs em sooner than later, holla, 15 bucks, i think they are BAMF

Are you thinking of the InSain Fab one? It rounds the end instead of being a straight cut. Not sure if it works on 3rd gen or not since I only recall seeing it on 2nd gens.

 

Could be. And I don’t see anyone selling them, even the 2nd gen version. Only IF plates I see are flat ones on toytec website. IF’s website is not working on my phone.

 

Yeah doesn't work on my computer either. Its the only different one I've ever seen though.
