I take back everything I said. Get full body armor! I can at least admit when I was wrong.

My dad had a good story two seasons ago. Skiing at copper. He’s on the slope waiting. Gets hit by a snowboarder hard. Hit so hard it’s like a cartoon. His skis stay on ground and stay in place and he flies out of them and lands on his shoulder. The boarder looks at him and bolts. Dad gathers his Badass self up and skis down with a broken collar bone and punctured lung. A few surgeries later and he was fixed up but harder to heal at 67. They did plates and stuff.

I have never in my life seen so many travel trailers. Seems like everybody in Wyoming, Idaho and montana has at least one in their yard. Sometimes multiple trailers.

And that's one of the reasons I wasn't into skiing/boarding. Too many people flying by slow folks like me.

I got the trench dug for my drain today. Pick up my drain and install Monday. Hopefully concrete next week. 315847ED-3529-4106-99F1-FB2D26C0340B.jpg8BA651AA-472C-453D-AD2F-36B5633729E3.jpg

    We need to
At least part of this camper trend is because we need to find a way to get more really small affordable homes in cities. There’s no incentive to build a 1200 sf home with one bath anymore. Or pad sites for tiny mobile homes doesn’t pencil out either. And the building and sewer tap fees don’t scale down enough. Rural land it’s all good. Cities don’t want them, not yet. I’d like to find a way to make more rv parks and tiny home parks and integrate into our towns. It’s like the 50’s housing boom but with campers and tiny homes. It just needs to be planned out. Let’s KOA this mofo.

Tacomaworld RV park, guaranteed to have the biggest fires every night of the week!
I am really looking forward to living out of one(terrified because they are so small). Wife mentioned today about how we should head south to Texas first to visit her relatives and then head back up through Zion/Utah before we start looking at places to live. I have a feeling we will take it everywhere this summer.

Texas... In the summer... In a camper.

Not a good way to start this adventure imo.

There is a house for us to stay in. Shouldn't be too bad, I am from Florida.

I'm from that shithole as well. Doesn't change the fact that Texas is hot as hell.

On a good note, your trip can only get better from there.
