I'm borderline old man, but did MUCH worse at my house when parents weren't home than installing a lift :stirthepot:

Haha ya, I think they're just being over sensitive because they don't want "strangers" coming over when they're not home.

Depending on how many experienced people there are I would say its possible...

I think mine might only take like 1-2 hours (rears only take like 30 mins) lol

Since you are doing the whole shebang it might take a while lol

Ya, good things is everythings already assembled so we wouldn't need spring compressors but ya, we're talking front and rear shocks, leaf pack, and uca's so it might take a while.

I think the leaf pack is going to take the longest because those things are heavy as shit and since we arent using a shop lift we have to get creative if we end up doing it tomorrow

Okay, if you and @roguegs think we could get it done I'd be happy to tomorrow but I'm not like itching to do it or anything like that lol. If you guys think its best to wait I'm fine with that too

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
UCA bolts are far worse than the leafs. The rear lift is not that bad.

@jasonb How much lift are you doing in the rear? If it's going to be more than 2 inches I would suggest going with extended rear brake lines.

You will also need a quart of brake fluid (Dot 3 should work) When you replace your brake lines, you'll need to bleed your brakes.

How many miles do you have on the truck? You might want to replace the brake fluid while you're at it... 3-4 quarts of fluid should be enough to fully replace the fluid.
