Morning! Was wondering if there is anyone out there that might have opinions on areas near Denver to live. We currently live in New Braunfels Texas and I may be asked to relocate to the Denver area. We have vacationed there many times but we know nobody there and walking into this a little blind. Sorry if I am posting in the wrong spot but this seemed to a be an "open mic" spot.

BTW I purchased my first Tacoma last summer.....2016 Quicksand. Love it. No mods yet but have plans.....was always a Land Cruiser guy until now. Couple 80's, 100 and a 78' HJ45.

You have a location of where you will work? Denver is fairly vague and can encompass over 40 miles of suburbs in the north/south directions.

 

Well... Shoulder is slightly swollen but not black and blue so I'm hoping no break, maybe no fracture.

Range of motion, not as good as last night. Hurts like hell and doesn't help that my big toe is either broken or got severely jammed and bleeding from under the nail.

Looks like Kauai will be a bit more relaxing and less exploring.

Market is pretty hot right now in colorado. Seems everything decent is north of 300k for a decent house and that is if its not under contract with in a day or week from listing. Looked for 3 months almost every house that i visited went on the market had an offer with in 24 hours and went under contract that week.

Not trying to scary you just giving you the infomation so you can prepare!

Where you gonna buy or rent? That might also help everyone give you a better idea where to look?
