    Wonder logging vacuum with a MAP sensor between the throttle body and the supercharger would reveal as you go from a stock throttle body and supercharger to something drastic like chopping the inlet and mounting the 76mm TB to a new 76mm flange welded to the inlet.. ;)

    What are you're thoughts on the fact that the S/C only runs partial duty. Maybe one step would be to set up the S/C to be always on first to avoid any power drop in non-boost cycle?

    Did anyone ever figure out if the Scanguage II can read the factory AFR numbers? Seeing as my guage says I am always super Hella rich, I wonder if it is just that the guage is off. I guess I could hook it to the techstream and check also. But I put my AFE intake back on and am now getting upper 3's in boost and a hint of a 4. But my AFR is in the low 9's and high 8's. Both are Innovate guages.

    Boosted
    No go on that one. Always being in boost would causes excessive heat build up since the rotors would constantly be building boost. There is a reason Magnuson and Eaton integrated a boost bypass valve into their setup. An engine that is in vacuum more often is a happy engine, and a more fuel efficient one as well.

    That might be your problem right there. Innovate AFR gauge. I had one and it would always read rich and super skewed numbers, I switched out to the AEM, found my AFR at cruising and idle was always in the 14.6-14.8 range.

    Those Bosch LSU sensors are trash also. The gauges play better with Denso AFR sensors. My advice, can the Innovate AFR gauge and go with an AEM gauge only, but a Denso AFR sensor. (AEM sells the gauges alone)

    As long as it’s all working as intended, it’s pretty great. Ever since I upgraded to the 640cc injectors, my truck has been running perfect. So far it seems like my MPG even went up a tad bit, but that could be weather related.

    Well I would have to do both sensors I think then. My OCD would kill me if I had a AEM AFR and a Innovate boost/vacuum guage. And I like the boost because it is digital and I don't have to see a needle move hardly move on a 15 or 20 lb guage. Is there a Denso sensor that will plug in or do I just need to solder it to the plug I have on the Bosch sensor. I have 3 of them. Lol also, would the Denso sensor help make the Innovate not be a piece of shit or will it always be a piece? I also have the cravenspeed mount so I know that would require more mods than I have done to fit the Innovate in it.

    When you say your mpg's went up, where you talking? I just did 4.88's two weeks ago and this is the first time I have been able to get 200 miles on a tank. Pretty sure I get about 11-12 mpg. Tops. Seems pretty bad compared to what others have said.

    So it it seems to be a new consensus, much like that the UCON not funtioning correctly with the TRD tune.....it also seems to need 640cc injectors if you are F/I. Am i correct ??

    Before the injector upgrade it was consisistently getting 12-12.5 MPG. My first full tank on the 640 injectors it got 14 MPG.

    1.5 MPG doesn’t seem like much but when you’re starting at 12.5, 14 is like a 12% increase. MPG isn’t something I worry much about but I noticed I got an extra 25-30 miles out of the tank than normal so I was a bit surprised.

    I wouldn’t say “thems the rules” but on my truck it seemed to smooth things out. It also used to have a slightly longer crank on a cold start, and that seems to have gone away. :notsure:

    I think @Roostfactor said he has noticed some improvement also.

    What 2 gauges can most not live without? Wideband and boost?

    For my Lexus build I’m thinking of hiding 2 gauges behind this cover here. Not very easy to see while driving, as it’s not in my FOV, but everything needs to stay hidden because I don’t want any unwanted attention.

    Wideband is critical, boost arguably less so. Maybe fuel pressure? There are a few gauges, namely from PLX, that have multiple display outputs so in a single gauge, you can have boost, fuel pressure, oil pressure, etc.

    285/75R16's now, 285/75R17 on order. Truck weighs about 5600-5800lbs. And yes speedo is calibrated.

    I am using the injectors that came with the S/C (455???) with no issues. That being said, is it possible to have “too large” of injectors? I’m on the S1 load with the UCON.

    I don't think so. The injector output will only be what is demanded from the ECU, unless the demand is greater than injector capacity.
