I think most of the receivers behind the plate aren't rated for towing.

Getting the bumpers rated for towing would be an added expense that would end up costing us more just to have a number on it. After removing the stock bumper and tow assembly I can tell you that my Pelfrey with the recover behind the license plate will survive way more weight than the stock one ever would have. Way more support, more metal, better design, more attachment to frame. Hands down no question that it's stronger than stock

That was my 2nd choice.. but the sides looked too big/bulky/square for me. Love the rear though

In my opinion CBI's high clearance is the best in both function and form. It was also the easiest high clearance bumper ive ever installed. Less than an hour, and most of that was the cutting of the bedsides. My choices came down between c4 fabs and cbi. I was already running CBI's T3 front bumper so my choice was already biased, but CBI's lead time was also a week shorter compared to c4's. Also got free shipping and 10% off through a cbi vendor.

I think I'll be going with relentless for my HC. Love the little jog in the bumper (if you want to call it that). Follows the body line and looks super clean. They also retain the factory hitch which does affect clearance but it's only 4" at most.

It's nice, but defeats the purpose of a high clearance bumper imo.

I'm getting a high clearance to save my bedsides from a rock. If i land on the hitch my truck wont sustain damage and should be able to drag itself off

I like that you moved the plate to the swing out. I don't need an excuse to get pulled over for plate being flipped up while I have something in the receiver.

Agreed, it's worked well so far. Although he plate is slightly hidden with the Jerry can holder on top, it's worked well. I'm a bit OCD and need to find a block off plate cover the LP light opening in the lower section of the main bumper. Stupid, but it drives me nuts

Hey man, love the work you did on your rig. I also like your dual swing arm setup. I just ordered mine, but the HC option fully loaded similar to Justin McBride's on IG (pic belongs to him):

Question for those who ordered and installed new rear plate bumpers with swingouts, are there any vendors that support parking sonars? I'm not entirely sure if it will work considering it may detect the swing-arm, tire and any accessories, but thought I'd ask the group.

Was just on CBI's website. I didn't see a dual swingout rear bumper for the Gen 3.
Did I miss it, or do they not make it yet?
