    Hey there, new member and first "Tacoma" (I have owned pre tacoma's in the past however!). This is my new to me rig: 1997 Regular Cab Tacoma, 5 speed, 2.7, 4wd, 94k miles, in Paradise Blue. Runs great, has some minor rust on the passenger frame rail but already have some SafeTCaps on the way to be welded on. No real plans mod wise for it other than getting it up to my standards, I would like to keep it as stock as possible.

    First thing is to remove the contractor cap, despite how practical it is, I am just not a fan of the look. It is for sale actually if anyone is interested, but I am too new of a member on here to list it properly. Been searching for a while for a clean low mileage first gen, happy to finally have one!

    Thanks, I was apprehensive on the color at first but I love it now. I wasn't necessarily looking for low miles but, the deal was way too good to pass up.

    Ah man I don't know, the top just really isn't for me. It would be great for someone that would actually put it to use though.
