    He will for close friends. In fact I was suppost to go for a private mma class this morning with my buddy whos real good friends with BJ, sleeps at his house. I ended up just going to my other class instead. BJ's is a bout 45 min away.
    Besides that, I dont think he teaches, busy training, his brothers Jay, JD and Regan do still teach though, and of course Sharuto. All cool guys, esspecially Regan Penn.

    damn sorry to hear about your arm. i hope it healed well. that's alot of training. it's hard to stay 100% into it when you got stuff like work, school, or a family. but when you can do that it's hella fun.

    i started MMA when i turned 20, i'm 25 now but been out of it for about a year. i'll go here and there for a week or so but nothing solid so i don't count the last year. i used to train some traditional arts at the same time also.

    if it makes anyone feel better, i got skunked today on 2 sales. I waited around for some chick to call me and come pick up my subwoofer, and some dick head came and looked at 2 longboard skateboards for 100 bucks and said they were crap and left! If i had sold those 2 things i could've had my downhill bike i want.......F THIS........yea, i have no life lol

    it does. time to train, time to go to the gym, time to rest. taking extra time to shop for the right foods to eat right. then time for your normal life.

    It sucks
    7am plyos at the beach
    go to work for 8 hours
    boxing muai thai for 2 hours
    finish the day with jj
    get home at 8pm
    cruise with the fam
    4 days a week
    thats sat, mon, tues, wed, fri
    it sucks, not gonna even act like its fun
    sparring, jj fun, cardio and weights not fun

    kinda getting used to the eating good
    baked chicken breast with 2 pieces of broccoli
    lots of fish
    in hawaii lot of guys fish so i can get hooked up by friends, fresh fish

    watching the fights at my friends bar and having guys boo and yell what the fighter should be doing
    pretty funny to watch guys that dont know any better
