So granny fell asleep at the wheel and hit me. We were both doing approx 40 mph. Pictures show my truck coming out like a champ. Underneath is a different story. Steering rack is moved over. Motor moved over. Radiator cracked. Front diff cracked. Cab not straight. Crack in the transfer case. Suspension in the driver's left front wheel well ripped up. So on and so forth. Total. I walked away without a scratch, just very sore. My dogs were safe as well. I had a love hate with this truck and I very much appreciate it now. The downside being I can't replace it as Toyota doesn't make the PRO in cement anymore for whatever reason. Onto the 5th Tacoma since 09.

I am looking at purchasing an 18 limited. Because we all know that I'm gonna change everything on it anyways. Besides, I'm not a fan of Smurf blue on the PRO.

I'm not parting my truck out for you. Don't ask.

The cost of safety and fuel efficiency. What used to be a fender bender is now a total loss.

Glad to see you are o.k.
Get an Off Road in Cement with the premium package, you still have your leather seats. Snag that Pro Grille before the insurance sees it and you are halfway back to a Pro.

Don't have a dashcam. That's radar detector. Ironically I told myself I'll get one on my next truck.

Haven't been able to find one. I found a limited in cement which is more or less the same.

    Glad you’re ok, OP

    40 mph + 40 mph = 80 mph

That doesn’t look like 80 mph damage, but I also wasn’t there :notsure:

Best of luck with insurance, it’s a headache!

Whatever I learn from you guys
Glad to hear dogs are ok as well (you too). Oh and grandma too. Did you go over grandmas car? Surprised you didn’t give her a heart attack. Now a Tacoma on top of a car picture would have been cool to see. Hope your insurance goes smooth and you get back in another Tacoma.
