Yeah, that would be the simplest way, and it would cost me travel. You know me. I prefer to do things the hard way, screw shit up a few times before getting it right. I need to do some reading on how to properly setup a 4 link (There is def a science to achieving the correct amount of anti squat and whatever else) vs just making them all work without binding.

If u want travel/flex without ride height, you need to lay your shocks down more, look at comp crawlers or twin plate crawlers for example

@49erfan some components can be purchased waterproof, some have to be prepped, once prepped yes they can be submerged.

I’ve got them leaned as far towards the middle of the car as I can with the current mounting locations. I even moved the lower shock mounts to the outside of the lower mounts, as opposed to being sandwiched in the mount like they’re supposed to, so they have a slight lean in at the top compared to the bottom.

That chassis looks to be exactly what I would need!!! Buttttt, is have to figure out if/how to mount the wraith chassis to it. Will def look into it.

7 racers today. I finished 6th due to a DNF from another guy. Heat 3 was my best, still way off the top guys, but my best was within a few seconds of the slower veterans. Car ran great and was honestly fast enough for the track. Still gonna use the brushless motor once it comes in.

Yes, this is the track until something else pops up. I know the racemaster said that he was going to check out an abandoned car lot.

The next one might be a night race at the same place in mid to late May. The guy has a pretty big yard and room to park multiple vehicles. He said he was thinking of also setting up a crawler course. Really nice guy. Not every firefighter from Murphy is a RC hating dick.
