Didn't go to a lot of trouble on our meal tonight....no coals were harmed. Being lazy today after a long week. Relaxing and staying dosed up on cold meds.

Broke out the George Foremen on some small boneless breasts for sammiches for everyone. That little sucker cooks pretty dang well and cleans up mighty easy....hit it with wet paper towels while it's still hot and rinse out the drip tray. Nothing to it. George was a genius !

Those Mount Olive Vidalias are great on sandwiches, burgers & brats.

I seldom cook white rice, but when I do I buy sushi rice....cook it as per the instructions on the package then mix in a small bit of 2:1 ratio rice wine vinegar & sugar.

    Family freaking loves it !!

I love sweet potato flat bread. Ive only made it a couple times, but it almost taste like a yeast roll, just that hint of sweetness and it has a bit of a pull when u tear into it. Also bbq sauce>ketchup and i substitute at every opportunity
