Northern Virginia Roll Call

It is not so easy... there are specific details to file correctly and where. I am based here in VA, the firm is based in MD and I traveled to PA for part of the work. There is also the matter of who to list as the defendant, properly, because there is a listed owner which is a different organization and then the DBA and then the person who hired me as well as if I file in VA I don't see where to list the registered agent on the warrant to serve.

 

This season is not going quite as was expected.

I made it out to Highland WMA. Lots of places to explore. The roads are stock 4x4 friendly for the most part. It reminds me of flagpole knob. It's very close to the intersection of US 220 and US 250 in Monterey
