    so...... I did a thing....

picked up this 1998 XJ Cherokee Sport 4x4... high mileage (475k miles) but it's got a new motor and transmission in it... bought it from the original owner (a little old man that drove it around the country for years)

$400 and it runs like a top... has an exhaust leak and a leak here and there, but it has a ton of new parts on it... so I am considering dumping $2000k into it to get some stuff fixed, 3" lift $300, steel wheels $200, 31" tires $500, winch $300 and bumper $430 a new exhaust manifold and Ypipe $200

and for $2400 all in having a nice little trail toy

because 4 link + 33s arent worth dumping into it.... costs increase exponentially if you want 33s and anything over a 3" lift

Lol the RTT would cost more than the entire Jeep

I may flip it, I may run it until it breaks and then keep the axle. And do an overland trailer build and part the rest out.. who knows

Yessir. Army express is bringing it up to Belvoir this week. Had to cut the third brake light out cause he didn't have any tools. So I'll fix that.

Need to replace the rusty bolts. But it all worked out

Yessir. Gonna see whether I want to continue to use the bars or go full prinsu. I am gonna mount the double cot tent up there as a cheap RTT solution.
