I want to thank you for stopping and offering assistance to the person laying in the road. Most people do have some form of compassion for someone in need "But don't make the effort to assist" because stopping to help is out of the norm for them and don't have the knowledge of what to do.

I ride a motorcycle and that could have been me laying there waiting for someone like you to stop and assist. So thank you again for your concern in this matter.

Now I have a request. If everyone that reads this post, Please register to take a First Aid and CPR course ,it could help someone in need and could also help someone in your own family.

Well mother nature showed his/her nasty self this morning. Rain ,sprinkles.
But 5 Tacomas brought their owners and one small guest that sampled the donuts to the Fluid Film meet up At surfandturf see attached pic.

Morning everyone. It's Monday... BLAH. Back to the grind after an exhausting weekend because of the Rochester trip.

Day 3 of turkey hunting for me today trying a new spot, Saturday I ha 3 birds come in 1 young young hen and 2 toms 1 was a sturtter took a shot at him but total miss. Here's today's setup

 

Also sorry @surfandturf for missing out I woke up feeling like doo doo then the rain started so I figured it was best to stay home.

Well day four today , yesterday was pretty interesting to say the least. I walked several miles into the state land by my house house and had 1 bird gobbling well got him within 100 yards when he shuts up for like 5-10 minutes he then gobbles again but now is closer to 200 yards so I make the decision to go after him. So I go in about 250 yards and he gobbles again and even farther now. So I said screw I'm not chasing this bird all over I'm gonna get turned around and literally exactly when I think that to myself I realize I'm already turned around NOT GOOD. so I try to find my way back to my pack but can't find it SHITTT this is really not good. So after about a half hour of walking in a big circle (which is definitely true you get lost or turned around you end up walking in circles) I make it back to the main trail and out of the corner of my eye I spot my pack. It then took me a full hour of non stop hiking to get back to the truck. So moral of the story is even the most experienced outdoorsman/hiker who ever you are when going off trail you need NEED to pay attention to land marks leave flagging or best yet have a compass and be proficient with it. And here's today's setup.

I had 4 Jakes just out of range in standing corn. They had serious lockjaw, not even a reflex gobble.
They do that when a Tom is in the area as they usually get smacked around by a mature bird.

These two provided entertainment for an hour...
