    My shoulders actually started coming in alot better when I built up my lats. Took me over a year to get decent lat build from literally nothing. Shoulders are a tough cookie. Another thing I did and IMO everyone can do, is drop the weight and stop ego lifting and focus the contraction of the muscle.

    Regards to the lats, you also need to learn to flex them. By pushing my lats forward it rounds out my shoulders!

    No tren at all!
