My suggestion is to get some oatmeal, grind it up in a food processor into a powder and mix that with some gold standard chocolate protein and water with 2 tbsp peanut butter and a banana. Takes amazing and is a great clean source of "meal replacement". Make it the night before if you are short on time.

I use https://www.ebay.com/i/332508205102?chn=ps for exactly what you mentioned. You can most likely find it at your grocery store. Chocolate tastes awesome and they usually last me quite a while. Cant recommend it enough.

I think if you clench your teeth it’d be well worth the investment. None of us lift heavy enough to even consider it.

I have one that I had my dentist do a mold of my mouth for so it would fit right but anytime I try to use it I want to throw up before I can get a rep in so I never use it. She made it for me before my last meet and I tossed it in my bag and it hasn’t come out since

You don’t want to lose weight fast. For most this means losing muscle mass. Keep it to 2lbs per week or less.

You raise metabolism through exercise and gaining muscle mass.

... I have no advice on how to make yourself go more frequently.

I have never heard of anyone grinding a steak before consuming it.

    Aren’t you a runner?

If you want to burn more calories... LISS (low intensity steady state cardio) is the most ineffecient means of burning calories. Look at strength training and HIIT (high intensity interval training) for more calorie burn.
You can run if you enjoy it but if you want to lose body fat youll want to focus on other forms of exercise that increase calorie burn.

I used to run 40+ miles per week. I burn more calories now as a weight lifter than I ever did running.

You asked in the running thread how to be a faster runner. Do 400m intervals in sets of 3-4 working up to 6 sets with 200m walk or jog inbetween. Increase the speed once you can do 6 sets to the point where you can only run 3-4 sets. Work back up to 6 sets and repeat as you get better.

400m will give you long enough to work on your lung capacity to run faster but will also increase your HR enough to qualify for HIIT.

all weight loss is just calories in vs calories out, lower your calorie count vs your total daily energy expenditure (how many calories you burn in a day) and you'll lose weight. The difference between your tdee vs your calorie intake will regulate how fast you lose weight, though there are varying levels of safeness vs speed in loss of weight

I poop at least 4x per day. In fact I have 3 bathrooms in my house and I make a point to use each of them at least once. I’m an equal opportunity toiletist

 I'm right there with you! Kinda just wondering why someone would want to know the "secret" behind going more....... IMO, your bowel movements are a direct reflection of your daily habits, food consumption, and activity level. I see it as a a basic recycling center. A perfect system would have no waste though... o_O

Yes on the bun. I didn’t cover my neck because unlike others, I’m proud of my pencil neck. Be well
