Picked up my truck from the body shop after my turkey incident. Had them put on my bedsides from @CBoy808. They look great and I love them.

Probably through the gaping hole Toyota conveniently left directly above the filter and below the plastic cowling.

Anyone with rat/mice issues like that usually then seals it off with some wire mesh.

Picked up a free spare from FB marketplace with a brand new t/a tire on it. Score! Now I have an extra in case of offroad mishaps.

Installed the same unit couple years ago.. Sometimes it has difficulty making the connection.. If your truck won't start one morning that should be the first thing you check.. I loosen and tighten it channel lock pliers now to make sure its tight.. .02

Now that I think about it, I'll just save that money and put it towards an OME kit form HeadStrong. For any of you that have followed my suspension search, I know I have flip flopped around for some time now but I've settled on this kit. It should be all I need for suspension. I'm hoping to buy once. I'm going with the 885 coils, 90021 strut for a softer ride because it is my daily driver, and it comes with a 3 leaf AAL. How much lift should I see out of this kit and would I need UCAs? I have read above 2.5" I need them but I am not planning on going higher than that. I realize this kit is not adjustable so that is why I am asking how much lift I would get. Also going to opt for strut assmebly because I am a bolt on kind of guy.

With the 885s you should be able to get away with not running aftermarket uppers. Hopefully someone with 885s will confirm. I got 3" out of my 887s.

@eccracer104 can hook you up with front and rear 5100's for the cheapest price around.
