    You may want to consider somewhere in Florida. There is no state income tax, the cost of living is very low in most parts, the weather is better, and there are beaches all over the state. Florida is very business friendly and if you have children there are plenty of attractions for them. Just saying.

    It must have been something personal because being born here, this is a pretty great place to live and visit, can't really say that about many major US cities. Like LA but a lot better, the 2A thrives here. Oh and of course were stealing Oakland's boys soon.

    I love baking cookies in my truck right around mid July. I'll park in the shade and it still gets to 130-140 inside :bananadead: You get used to it over time. 45-55mph wind gusts are a bitch though.
