Over the weekend I went ahead and made another harness for power and ground to fully finish hardwiring the dash cam. I just don’t like having a bunch of stuff done with add a circuits, plus that’s the purpose of the aux fuse panel :) it still has an add a circuit for ignition signal which is required.

Heck yeah. I like the custom touches!

Oh snap!! You'll love it, totally changes the whole truck! Waiting on my front one still, can hardly explain how excited I am about that.

Hybrid steel, no hoops, fill plates on the wings and this custom cutout where the winch cut would be (not installing a winch ever)

My Energy Suspension power steering rack bushings came in along with the TRD CAI. I’ll have to do the bushings one night or on a weekend when I can realign the truck after. They should remove the last bit of tiny play in my steering:fingerscrossed:

Where'd you get that TRD CAI?

I had it shipped from a dealer in Cali. They are still nationally back ordered, they were the only ones listed in the country with one. But I didn’t get to obtain it at my cost, had to pay full price plus freight. $521 :bananadead:

Otherwise my dealer cost would have been like $380. I’m gonna install it tonight

I probably won’t run the CAI. After looking at it I think I’ll fair better with the factory setup with the high water driving I seem to do once every couple years. And seeing as how these CAI’s are rare I’ll have one up for grabs if someone is looking for one.

Plus if we flood again like we did last year, I’m going to a snorkel, which requires factory intake.

If I had the money I'd buy it from ya. With getting ready to move and stuff rather tight right now. What are the advertised specs on that TRD CAI? I can't blame ya for leaving be after all the flooding though.

I don’t think I’ve come across hp/tq numbers from TRD, but out of all the ones I’ve done on my own vehicles and customer cars, the TRD is the nicest one and has the perfect fit.

What worries me more is the fact I’ve done alottt of plastic trimming in the wheel well and just don’t want to risk anything. She’s been through 3 floods already lol
