I got mine assembled as well. Didnt want to mess with a spring compressor, or trying to use the truck's weight to do it. Not worth the hassle.

How was the shipping? I live in an apartment building so shipping stuff gets a little sketchy. I know on the website it says it requires a signature. For important stuff I have them hold it at the FedEx/UPS store. Did it come in manageable boxes that I could carry out myself? How many if you remember?

My apartment complex accepts packages for me so they don't leave it at the door. Iif one requires a signature if it's sent UPS sign up for the my UPS you can manage your delivery that way so you can arrange to be home when they deliver. Or you can electronically sign. Not sure if FedEx or USPS offer the same service though.

The UCA's came via USPS. The others came in 2 boxes via UPS (i think it was coilovers in 1 box, and AAL+rear shocks in 1 box). The boxes are heavy, but can be managed alone. Everything required a signature. I missed USPS by about 30 minutes. I made sure i was home for UPS.

Thanks for all the info. Nice looking truck by the way. What size tires are you running in this pictures?

Thanks. Right now, the tires are stock - 245/75 R16's i believe. They were on it when i bought it last year. They barely passed inspection last month, so new ones are on the way in the next couple months. Im thinking of skinny 33's - 255/85 R16.

Gotcha. I'm running stock tire size as well, 265/65/17. The tires are fairly new and I drive a lot for work so I don't want to go bigger and loose MPGs. But I also don't want it to look like I missed leg day with the lift.

Best post I have read to date or ever will read. Thank you brother for your unwavering service and sacrifice to this great country and to those who aren't brave enough to do it themselves but they rest easy at night knowing there are folks like you doing it for them.

I agree, as a veteran, I see someone flying our flag upside down I will take it away from them in a very harsh manner.

Anyone know how wide a stock 2nd gen is in the back? Outside of tire to outside of tire? Does the bed stick out farther then the tires?

Thinking about it... I PM'd a vendor on here for a quote on sport mirrors

You know if those happen to be "plug and play" for the turn signal with the off road models?

255/75r17 Goodyear SR-A m&s are mounted and balanced on the 4runner steelies I picked up a month ago and will be installed in the morning. Tried to test fit the rims, but couldn't get the stock wheel off, so will have my shop take care of that. Will try to take "before' photos as i leave at 745am, obviously "after" photos will be posted here.
