No. It's in the old part of Killeen on the old Bus 190. That whole area has changed a lot since I was stationed there.

 

States with split speeds are a dying breed. Texas has done away with them. Ohio and even Illinois. The only 2 states I know of that are persisting on living in the last decade are kommiefornia and Indiana.
