I think I will go on the weekend of 7/20 and I believe there are several others that weekend as well. Please chime in if you plan to go the weekend of 7/20...

Looks like 2 separate groups as of right now. Here is a better idea of where this campsite is I found, to avoid confusion with the one near Kern.

There is a nice fishing spot just across the 395 from Deadmans area. It's next to the Big Springs Campground.

I plan on going the weekend of 7/20. Since it looks like the majority of the folks on here are planning to go the weekend of 7/27 do you want to start a new thread for those that can only go the weekend of 7/20? I know that @roguegs can only make that weekend. @Tombiology70 is planning to go that weeked as well.

I "CAN" make it the weekend of the 27th but I would have to move around several things.

I think that would be great. Since you appear to be more familiar with Mammoth and already had some plans to go up, I figured you would be the best bet to be the OP on the new thread. If you would rather not, let me know.

Not trying to sway the vote or anything, but I can go either weekend. I don’t have a preference.

You will be fine, I have bigger tires and maybe 1" of lift so I am not to far from stock height. There are a lot of different trails to use, so you will have fun for sure even stock.
