True, if it can cut a lock it can cut a cable. Maybe I can figure a way to link it to my battery and run a current through it as another means of theft deterrent...

When it comes to putting shoes in something I rig this under my tent and it's worked great. Plus it was free. Just steal it from your wife's car, she never uses it

custom roof rack, rivets, not a 100% secure but a little hard to unmount, but still nothing to secure RTT cover(thinking about chain&lock)

I went to the hardware store initially to get a chain for mine, but ended up doing the steel cable when I saw the two side by side...was afraid the chain would be noisy on the trail.

I did chain&lock from homedepot wrapped by strong textile for wife's bike, works perfect, much more effective than any cables

    Any pictures of the connection?
I’m having a custom rack built so I’m trying to find the best solution for securely mounting Tepui on to 1 1/2” round bed rails.

kind of visual security :) mounting are usual bolts, t-slot, Al pipes, but the side cover plates has rivet mount points.

The wife and I made a trip to Zion NP this weekend, slept in the tent for 3 nights straight! First REAL time in the tent. We both slept great! First night was by the Toquerville Falls. I really dig this rtt thang.

What kind of totes, cases, storage solutions is everybody using?
I want to fill the bed and roof rack efficiently. So far I’ve researched Plano, Rubbermaid Action Packers, Iris, and Pelican. Prefer something that doesn’t sit above bed rails and that fits the bed well. And storage that’s low profile or aerodynamic to reduce drag on Prinsu roof rack. Thanks!
