There will be slack behind the light. If you do need to replace the entire assembly, make sure you pull a string in using the old cord. Otherwise you'll have a hell of a time getting the cable back through there, even if you have a fish tape.

edit: make sure the string is strong enough to pull on, and not kitchen string. The conduit is brass so it won't (shouldn't) bite on the string.

 

Best part is how it also punishes a whole group of people that did nothing wrong. Seems like close eyes and swing hammer, who cares what it hits

 

What if we make random threads about the weather etc and just change it up and move around? It'll be like secret launch codes that get emailed/text out, everyone synchronize your watches......

He has never liked any led lights. Just like odd numbers. It’s just his thing.

 

In the past they were not bright enough. Like I said, my lamp is 500w. That’s a lot of LEDs to match the output

Yeah, they’ve come a long ways but I understand. I have LED myself and think it’s bad ass it can go whatever color you want as well.
