Woohoo! Lots of new people in here. Welcome fellas! Remember, everyone loves pictures (or videos)...so post those beautiful inferno pics. Especially post pics if (when) you catch the modding bug that is running rampant throughout TW. :D

    Hey tacos4cheap,

This is what I can tell you, but first two things that might affect the market price you are looking at. 1) I purchased my 2017 Tacoma in November 2017, so I was planning on shooting for a year end clearance price. 2) I’m in the St. Louis area, there is a lot of competition among dealerships, including Toyota dealerships. There are four Toyota dealerships alone within about 45 minute of me. However, to get an inferno with the package I wanted the dealership I ended up doing business with had to trade with a dealership about an hour and a half away. To get the best price, play the dealerships off each other and let them know you are looking at other dealerships (if you have that option).

The sticker price for my 2017, SR5, Double cab, 6 foot bed, 4X4, V6, Inferno with tow package and “processing fee” [$960.00] was $35,075.00. I got it for $32,201.00. After I had agreed to the price another dealership came back and offered the same price if I ordered a 2018, but I had already given my word, plus I did not really want the new electronic features (just something to go wrong later). In 2000 I ordered a Dakota and got a pretty good price on it. When you order you can argue they don’t have the overhead of the truck setting on the lot.

    Happy hunting,

Those are part of the factory blackout package.Blackout badges, tailgate lettering and exhaust pipe cover is part of the factory package.Been wanting a Tacoma for many years and was finally able to pull the trigger so I went all out,no regrets at all.Worth the wait.

Not sure about the button (might have to do with the new 2018 TSS nannies), but the tail lights are just the standard TRD tail lights. They look darker in the direct sunlight because they are blacked out on the sides under the red lens...that's standard for the TRDs.

If you look closely around the backup light area, you can see the red lens is definitely there (not a full clear lens like the Pros).
