    I'll have to get some pictures, but mine is pretty basic, 30x30, fully finished, insulated like crazy, woodstove, water, floor drain. I have a mini split AC/heat pump that I haven't installed yet. Hopefully I can get that done before summer. The wife also has a 30x30 garage, but its not insulated or rocked. Just a place to park her truck. I need to get another roll up door put in hers so I can park the 80 in there.

    Nice set up, I had two full time mechanics that worked for me at the city they took care of almost 70 Harley's for the Police Dept. We had four lifts so they could work on two bikes each at a time.

    fixed some shit that was bugging me. removed the shitty notched 2x4. cut a new shelf and got it all pretty level and flush with table top. shitty lowe’s 2x4’s are infact shitty.

    They are great Mechanics, I was able to send them to Harley Training each year I was with the City. They had to go separately because I alway's had to have one on the job to handle repairs. We also had about 20 spare Harley's that we had ready to go so we had NO real down time. The Officers were great to work with too. One of them is my Neighbor we see each other all the time.

    My old shop in back yard. 21' x 70' = 21x20 wide open ,21x25 behind walls , 21x25 Enclosed with heat and AC. Just wish I was younger and knew what I know now. I have pretty much everything a fellow could want. Metal lathe , 2 Milling machines, 3 drill presses, plasma cutter , 2 welders , cutting torches , horizonal wet metal saw , knife building equipment, and on and on. Here's a couple pics.
