Another day, another few hours spent on the truck. Today was extended brake lines and speed bleeders.

Here's the 2.5gal tank stuffed up the bedwall with the drain petcock still missing. You can see the blue output to the cab and the new 1/4" grommets installed in the cab wall with some phenoseal gooped on(upper right corner of pic).9DEA2F37-7449-4A45-9F21-814FC5EC59DC_zps_580d50f05a84b1d3c7fca5cc0e5b3ae14101c7dc.jpg
Here it is from the inside(just peaking from behind the black carpet backing plate). Image shows jump seat, bins, and rear wall cover removed.

And here's most of the stuff that goes into the console just behind the cup holders and under the storage box. (Clockwise from 9:00) 6 fuse holder(draws power from what will be the unused power outlets), mounting plate for the fuse holder and manifold(holder on top, manifold on vertical face), input solenoid attached to manifold that has outputs for (right to left: pressure regulator, pressure switch, input pressure gage, pressure relief valve), one of the lift bag solenoids, solenoid mount plate with RR solenoid control sitting on top(space for 5 total but only 2 needed for now)
    29C2130C-85C0-4A39-B2C4-F8572718CF48_zps_d0a66dda0049b89658f7422efbc5930ceaa33db2.jpg
There are two unused 8mm threaded holes ~5" behind the e-brake yoke. The fuse/manifold bracket mounts to one at the back with a 1/2" nylon spacer and one of the yoke bolts in the front. The solenoid plate shares the same rear bolt and uses the one on the other side as well. The 1/2" nylon spacers allow it to clear the brake cables. Extra holes for the manifold mounted are because I decided to raise it to reduce the bend in the air lines and allow for some kind of shielding between them and the frequently moving cables. The 4-way solenoid for the cab/cap sliders gets mounted on the back wall to shorten the four lines to the two double acting cylinders. I still need a splitter to branch the regulator output to the various solenoids. If this all works I'll write it up in a build thread, if not it will be relegated to old page obscurity.

Looking for advice! I have a 2015 with 15k miles. I have a loud metal clank while turning either direction that sounds like it is coming from the front driver side. My truck has a dealership installed leveling kit. Any idea as to what this could be?

Tie rod or ball joint? Maybe the spring binding up or hitting the upper control arm? I would pull the wheel off take a look for any place that looks like it’s been rubbed metal on metal.

The same shit everyone else has.
Washed and quick detailed the truck.

Waxed and Optiseal'd the new shell.

Finished replacing all the hardware in the shell with stainless

Started sorting out the additional headliner lighting
